GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping at gluteboost.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within the next 24-48 business hours. Any orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 24 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

Orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. The customer has the right to request to use any of these options by emailing [email protected]. If we do not receive a request within 3 hours of your purchase, we will use our default shipping method.

Shipment to P.O Boxes: Supplement Technologies ships to addresses within the U.S and U.S. Territories

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within the 24 – 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Supplement Technologies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy & Purchase Agreement


The Gluteboost Return Policy may be amended at any time by the explicit discretion of Gluteboost.com for any reason. You will be held to the policy at the time of your purchase.

Please make sure you understand our return policy thoroughly. Gluteboost makes every effort to ensure that information that we provide is as accurate as possible, and actively works to ensure that our customers are educated and informed.

General Product Return Policy: All Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be time-stamped and in the mail within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

You must also provide us with a tracking number to confirm the orders are being sent to our address. Returned orders will incur a 5% credit card fee and shipping expenses will not be refunded.

For any damaged items you have up to 30 days from your order date to claim a replacement. You must send a picture of the product's condition as soon as your package gets delivered to [email protected] in order for our Logistics Department to authorize the reshipment. 

International Orders: An international order is any order where the shipping address is located outside of the United States of America. International orders are non-refundable unless taking advantage of the satisfaction guarantee as described below, or the customer pays the return shipping fees and all products from the order are returned unopened and undamaged. All shipping fees must be fully covered by the customer. If for some reason a package is returned to any of our logistics facilities worldwide, the customer is responsible for paying shipping fees if they want Gluteboost to reship the order. If products are destroyed at customs due to any reason, no refund will be given. Any orders returned undamaged in the original packaging can be refunded minus shipping and a 5% international returns processing & restocking fee.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% Guarantee (or Your Money Back!) * that you will get body improvements once you’ve taken or used your Gluteboost products consistently for at least four months without any skipped months.

Return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. Gluteboost does not refund the original shipping expense. Customers must provide time-stamped before & after photographs and measurements during the period of taking and using the product(s).

We require one time-stamped photo for every 30 days of taking the product. The customer must also return all bottles with labels intact. Any bottles that are not included will be deducted from any possible refund amount at the retail rate.

In order for a return evaluation to be accepted, we must receive the following items within 60 days of the most recent purchase:

- Return Package Tracking Number (showing delivery confirmation).

- Empty product packaging with label in-tact.

- One timestamped photo for every 30 days of use, description of the journey in your own words.

If the Customer was not charged for shipping at the time of purchase, this charge will be deducted from the “Return” amount sent to the customer.

* Likewise, all refunds will be subject to a 5% credit card processing fee per order refunded*

We will only refund up to 6 months’ worth of products. If you used our products for longer than 6 months you will only be refunded for the most recent 6 months of products.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy: You must participate in the Monthly Subscription Plan for at least 35 days before you are allowed to cancel.

Otherwise, you must pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the discount received upon signing up in the program.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (by mail or email) with a 30-day notice of cancellation. Please contact us by email if you have any further questions.

Your account is not considered canceled until we email you notifying you of the cancellation. If you do not hear from us within one business day, please follow up by email at [email protected] or text at 281-545-0101.

Order cancellation policy: To cancel an order that has been processed, the written notice (by email) must be received prior to 9:00 am the day after payment is processed. To cancel a subscription order, we must have noticed on or before 48 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date.

We need a written cancellation notice by mail or email and a phone call to our main customer service number available on our website. Your cancellation email must include your order number and first and last name. 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped, please see “General Product Return Policy”. Please email cancellations to [email protected].

Failed Shipping Orders: All orders that are returned as undeliverable or returned to us, didn´t have any order insurance to it, for any reason related to shipping, address issues, wrong address, and unaccepted orders will be charged a re-shipping fee.

If the customer added the package insurance Route at checkout, and their order gets lost and they want to get it reshipped and refunded, the customer needs to open a claim through the Route App and send the request depending on the case. 

If an order has been delivered to the wrong address, it didn't have any insurance cost added, and the address was provided online by the customer, that order will not be refunded or re-shipped without paying a replacement fee at the same amount of their last order minus a 20% discount we´d be able to provide if we get notified via email within 14 days of the original shipment date. 

Incorrect Address or shipping information: Please confirm that all information on your sales receipt is accurate. Orders that have been found to have an error in the shipping address information will be held for 10 days in an attempt to obtain proper shipping information.

If shipping information cannot be obtained within a 10-day period, the customer will be entitled to a full refund minus shipping expenses and a 5% credit card processing fee.

General Shipping Information: Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any major Shipping Carrier worldwide. The customer has the right to request to use one or the other by emailing [email protected]. If we do not receive a request within 10 hours of your purchase, we will use our default shipping method.

All orders will be shipped out within 24 - 48 Business Hours of receiving payment confirmation. If the payment is received after 5 pm CST, the order will be processed the following business day.

All returns request need to be sent to: [email protected] to get your unique return address. And we must be notified by email of your intent to return products prior to receiving them. Returns that are sent without properly notifying us will be rejected.

*If you choose to accept free products in an attempt to improve the effectiveness of Gluteboost, your refund will be void and you will be waiving your right to a refund.
